Job Description: The Retirement Plan Services Operations Supervisor oversees the Retirement Plan Services Administrators and provides day-to-day leadership, workflow direction, technical oversight, and quality control for retirement plan administration. This position requires strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans, recordkeeping, compliance requirements, and people management to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service to plan sponsors and participants. Qualifications: This person must have a bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience, or the equivalent. Advanced knowledge of qualified retirement plan administration, ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor requirements is required. Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.…
