Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Leasing Agent to join our team and bring expertise in residential leasing to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. In this position, you will leverage your prior leasing experience to effectively market our properties, negotiate lease terms, and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Key Responsibilities: Lead property tours and presentations with professionalism and detailed knowledge of each community. Utilize previous leasing experience to process applications, perform thorough credit and background checks, and qualify prospective residents in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
