About this role

Job Description Purpose of the role: The role involves performing risk analysis of proposed asset securitization facilities requiring Barclays commitment for internal books or for underwriting for distribution in the financial markets. Review proposals, liaise with the deal teams, take part in client engagement due diligence reviews, identify and analyse key risks in the proposals, recommend compensating controls, review transaction structures and related documentation, review models and model assumptions to ensure that the key risks are captured and the repayment profile is consistent with the assigned risk ratings, and recommend approval or rejection, as appropriate, including escalation if required.…
