Job Description Purpose of the role To identify new threats and gaps in detective control and deliver mitigations and countermeasure in order to protect the bank from potential cyber-attacks and respond to threats. Accountabilities Develop and execute hypothesis‑driven hunts to identify adversary behaviour, control gaps, or anomalous activity using available telemetry and intelligence. Delivery of detective controls and countermeasures within agreed efficacy across a range of enterprise security tooling. Tune and remediate detections falling outside defined thresholds. Provide appropriate documentation and contextual information for new detections to Security Operations Centre (SOC) analysts to ensure effective triage and investigation of security alerts and incidents.…
