Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a highly motivated and skilled attorney with 2-3 years of experience in corporate transactions to join our team in Ann Arbor.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in complex M&A and/or venture transactions. Experience with emerging companies, particularly in early-stage and incubator environments, is preferred. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with clients, supervising the work of others, and adept at handling a high volume of complex matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
