The Raleigh office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Japanese-speaking Immigration Paralegal to support our growing Immigration and Global Mobility Services practice. This role is ideal for a paralegal interested in handling business immigration matters and providing day-to-day case support, with a particular focus on serving Japanese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in procedural and processing requirements for various business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCSI and consular applications (DS160), including but not limited to E1/E2, L1A/L1B and L Blanket, H, L, TN, O,P , PERM, I-140, AOS, etc.…
