About this role

The role – what you’ll do Barr is seeking an HRIS administrator to join our Minneapolis or Duluth, Minnesota, team. In this hybrid role, you will support Barr’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday, and serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS questions, troubleshooting, reporting, and system support. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting dashboards and performance metrics, responding to ad hoc reporting needs, assisting with system upgrades and releases, and helping build and configure new HRIS functionality. The HRIS Administrator is embedded in the compensation and benefits group and is part of Barr’s corporate Human Resources team.
