About this role

The role – what you’ll do Barr is seeking a recruiter to join our Minneapolis or Duluth, Minnesota, team. In this hybrid role, you will partner closely with a senior recruiter, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to support a wide range of hiring needs for one of Barr's business units. You will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical talent, with a primary focus on engineering and science-related positions, from proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline development through offer acceptance.
