About this role
The Area Coordinator (AC) is a full-time, live-in professional staff member responsible for providing direct supervision, leadership, and community oversight for residential communities housing approximately 400–800 students. This position carries direct supervisory authority over Resident Assistants within assigned communities and directly supervises Graduate Hall Coordinators, including full responsibility for performance management, training, selection, and evaluation across both staff groups. The Area Coordinator serves as a designated conduct hearing officer for the Dean of Students Office, receiving case assignments, conducting hearings, determining responsibility, and assigning sanctions in accordance with university policy and the Student Code of Conduct.…
