Summary The Assistant Softball Coach is responsible for assisting in the direction of all phases of a nationally competitive softball program in accordance with Barry University, the Sunshine State Conference, and NCAA DII regulations. Responsible for supporting the Head Coach by providing individual instruction and teaching softball. Under the supervision of the Head Coach, provides leadership and direction for the softball program, including Varsity and JV. Oversees recruitment of the Varsity program. Also, coordinates community involvement, completing/submitting administrative compliance documents and other duties assigned by the Head Coach, Sport Supervisor, or Athletic Director.…
