About this role

Summary The Conferencing and Media Specialist (part-time) position performs a wide range of duties including supporting university use of fixed multimedia classrooms and videoconferencing rooms. Also delivering, setting up and testing portable AV equipment and videoconferencing equipment. This is a part time position. Flexibility to work either morning shifts or evening shifts, depending on needs. Essential Functions Support multimedia room usage and maintain/repair multimedia room equipment by: Troubleshooting issues received via work ticket, instant message, text or phone. Using web-based consoles to remotely control multimedia system to resolve issues quickly. Routinely test multimedia equipment and collaborative technology spaces to ensure functionality.…
