About this role
Objectives of the Position Ensure the production plants consistently meet customer demand and quality expectations while complying with local regulations and company standards. This is achieved by building a capable and efficient organization, fostering a strong safety culture and customer-focused mindset, maintaining reliable production and infrastructure assets, and supporting site expansion and investment projects. In addition, serve as BASF’s representative on the Boards of Directors (BoD) of two joint venture companies in Singapore and Malaysia, providing governance oversight and strategic guidance. Main Tasks Act as the officially authorized representative registered with full compliance relevant authorities for all EHS and operational activities at the Singapore site.…
