About this role

RESPONSIBILITIES Design, operate and continuously improve BASF’s global container platform based on Rancher and Kubernetes and help shape its evolution by contributing your DevOps perspective to platform design decisions. Drive automation, standardization, and self-service capabilities across the platform. Provision, operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters across on-premises environments and public clouds, including Azure, 21Vianet and Alibaba Cloud. Consult and support DevOps and application teams in finding a suitable container solution and in deploying, operating and scaling containerized workloads. Proactively identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities in infrastructure, platform architecture, performance and security.…
