As our business grows, we are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our talented DACH & RoW Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service to our customers while helping to strengthen the Customer Service function through standardization, process improvements, and operational excellence across DACH and Rest of World (RoW) markets. You will report to the Senior Manager Customer Service DACH & RoW. The position can be based in Germany or Denmark, with hybrid or fully remote working options in either country.
