After-School Program: Assistant Coordinator

Job Description: Reports To: Program Coordinator Job Description: The EXL Assistant Coordinator is a School-Based position that supports the implementation and daily operations of high-quality expanded learning programs that promote the academic, social-emotional, and developmental growth of K–12 youth. This role requires a compassionate, curious, humble, accountable, and purpose-driven leader who builds strong relationships with students, families, school partners, and staff while supporting program quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Assistant Coordinator serves as a key leadership partner to the Program Coordinator and may oversee site operations in the Program Coordinator's absence.
