Job Description: Position Overview: Provide high quality case management services, including but not limited to intake, case planning, court advocacy, cognitive behavioral therapy referrals and linkage to stabilization services. Additionally, leading case conferencing sessions with program coordinators and career coaches who also support the youth on your caseload. As well as facilitating additional projects that improve the performance of staff and/or benefit clients. Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development grant has been to provide job placement, system navigation services, and legal services to address barriers to reentry in the City and County of San Francisco, California, for those disproportionately impacted by past federal and state drug policies.…
