Employee Services Coordinator BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to join our Assistive Care State Programs Home Care office in Harrisburg, PA. The Employee Services Coordinator (ESC) plays a vital role in supporting both current and prospective field employees. This position ensures that all onboarding, compliance, and employment documentation processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on service and employee experience. The ESC is also responsible for managing high-volume administrative workflows related to hiring, onboarding, retention, and overall field employee engagement.
