About this role
Valley Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse, RN to join our team and work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. This is a full time position.
At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings) is required. Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience highly preferred.
As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.…
