BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our brand new Columbia, MO Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Columbia area.
As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan…
