POSITION SUMMARY:
With limited supervision, the Senior Associate, Instructional Designer is responsible for the identification, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions that improve employee performance and retention enabling BAYADA Home Health Care to meet its business objectives and outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Four (4) year college degree required.
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a corporate learning capacity, developing and/or sourcing, implementing, and measuring learning programs using a variety of learning technologies and methodologies.…
