About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, PT, for a weekend opportunity to complete home health visits for our Denver North Visits office, located in Broomfield, CO. This team works with adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis. *Per Diem Weekend PT position is also available! $5,000 Incentive if candidate is able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) OR $5,000 Incentive if candidate is able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible! One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required.…
