Location: 100 Wasson Ave Springfield, MA Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours Monday - Friday (8am-430pm) On-Call rotation Under the direction of nursing and physician leadership, the Transplant Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive care, education, and support to transplant candidates, living donors, waitlisted patients, and post-transplant recipients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.…
