Summary: The primary responsibilities of the clinical pharmacist include providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to all patients within Baystate Medical Center. Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager, the clinical pharmacist will perform a variety of duties including; age appropriate clinical pharmacy services, evaluation of medication orders for appropriateness, monitoring and patient follow up; drug information consultations, and support of the pharmacy department operations.
