Baystate Health’s Health New England is seeking a full-time Document Center Specialist to join the Computer Operations and Document Center team in Springfield, MA. RESPONSIBILITES: The Document Center Specialist supports the efficient, accurate, and cost-effective production and distribution of critical business materials. This hands-on role combines print production, mail processing, document preparation, equipment support, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal customers and external vendors to coordinate projects from design and production through final distribution, while ensuring quality, accuracy, and deadlines are consistently met.
