About this role

Baystate Medical Center is seeking a per diem Nurse Researcher to advance nursing scholarship, evidence-based practice, and clinical innovation. This role supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of research and quality improvement initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes, enhance the delivery of healthcare services, and advance clinical nursing practice. Working collaboratively with nursing leadership, physicians, unit managers, and multidisciplinary teams, the Nurse Researcher helps translate current evidence and research findings into clinical practice. This individual will support nurses in developing research questions, designing and conducting studies, analyzing data, disseminating findings, and pursuing opportunities for grant funding and publication.…
