Supervisor - Radiology Support Service

Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Radiology Support Services to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Radiology Support Services department. Under the direction of the Director of Radiology , you will act as the key liaison between departmental leadership and frontline staff. In this role, you will manage scheduling, ensure seamless operational workflows (including imaging library functions, patient reception, and radiologist administrative support), and oversee compliance and safety standards. Additionally, you will play a critical role in financial stewardship by participating in the development, monitoring, and reporting of the annual operating and capital budgets.
