Position Summary BB&E is currently looking for a Construction Surveillance Engineer (CSE) to support the NAVFAC Southeast (SE) Headquarters, Public Works Departments (PWD) and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) offices across the NAVFAC SE Area of Responsibility (AOR).
