Deine Aufgaben In dieser Rolle bist du weit mehr als ein klassischer ‚Zahlenjongleur‘: Als strategischer Partner der operativen Abteilungen verantwortest du die umfassende Analyse unserer Einnahmen, Kostenstrukturen und der Hotelproduktivität, um unsere ‚Operational Excellence‘ messbar zu machen. Reporting & Analyse: Du erstellst und optimierst das monatliche Berichtspaket für das lokale Management sowie die Geschäftsführung. Performance-Check: Du analysierst Monatsabschlüsse sowie operative Kosten je Hotel und führst fundierte Abweichungsanalysen zu Budget und Vorjahr durch. Action-Plan: Gemeinsam mit der Operationsabteilung koordinierst du die Ursachenforschung bei Abweichungen, erstellst Maßnahmenpakete zur Verbesserung und hältst deren Ergebnisse nach.…
