About this role

The Risk Consulting Graduate Programme launches in the period June -September 2027 dependant on the availability of the successful candidate. As a Broker in training you will be responsible for building, maintaining and servicing a book of commercial lines insurances in line with our prospecting strategy. You will learn the craft whilst developing strong relationships with clients, teammates and insurers. RESPONSIBILITIES Apply our sales methodology i.e. the three-meeting process to all aspects of the role, including team selling. Source prospects/leads as per team/leadership discussions.…
