We are looking for a passionate Director, Immersive Talent, to join our team and make a difference. As a Director, Immersive Talent, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting and executing BBYO’s immersive talent strategy, building lasting relationships with speakers and educators, and leading a talent operation that brings meaningful voices to teens across BBYO. This remote role is part of the International Convention (IC) team and supervises Associate, Talent Services.
