Job Description Blue Cross NC is hiring a Director, Enterprise Risk Management to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization’s enterprise risk management framework. This role is responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, managing, and communicating enterprise risks while partnering with executive leaders, business unit leaders, and governance bodies, including the Audit Committee and Enterprise Risk Committee, to embed risk-based thinking into strategic planning, operations, and capital decisions.
