Job Description Blue Cross NC is hiring a Manager, Treasury Operations to oversee cash management and treasury operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and its subsidiaries. In this role, you’ll manage banking relationships, collaborate with internal partners, and help strengthen efficient, cost-effective receipt and payment strategies that enhance customer experience and support treasury best practices.
