BCBST is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our BlueCare Plus and BlueCare Customer Service departments. In this role, you will provide vital support to Medicare and Medicaid eligible members by assisting them with finding providers, resolving billing issues, obtaining prescriptions, and more. This position demands strong multitasking abilities, as you will need to type and talk simultaneously to document important information. Our ideal candidate brings at least one year experience in customer service, particularly within a medical office setting or working with the senior population.
