About this role

We are hiring an SQA Analyst II on the Quality Assurance team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee! In this role, you will support quality assurance for business-critical provider portal and eligibility applications. You will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, identifying and managing defects, and validating application functionality across integrated systems. You will work closely with application teams and external partners while participating in Agile/Scrum delivery activities. This role provides a blend of functional testing and automation, with opportunities to work across UI, API, database, system integration, regression, and end-to-end testing while helping ensure accurate, high-quality production releases.…
