About this role
Position Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day management of the production floor though supervision, development and training of the production team which includes approximately 10-20 associates. Also responsible for the efficient movement of product through the plant with a focus on quality and timeliness. 3rd Shift Schedule: This position works a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, Monday through Thursday. Hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
