Rochester Division
Title: Shipping Supervisor
Reports to: Plant Manager
Department: Production
Position Purpose:
Responsible for directing activities of the shipping department and managing inventory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Tasks related to this position may vary and are not limited to those listed below:
Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times
Maintain high level of housekeeping in the warehouse and shipping department
Correspond directly with customers and sales
Monitor shipping schedule. Member of the planning team
Maintain filing system
Process customer pickups as required
Collaborate, consult and communicate with other supervisors on all shifts
