People & Culture Business Analyst Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity This role places you at the forefront of the next phase in our People & Culture (P&C) Operations journey, building on the successful implementation of Workday across Beca. You will help drive frontline operational insight and continuous service improvement of our HR systems and functions, translating queries into process and system fixes to evolve and deliver value to the business.
