As Category Manager - Delivery & People, you'll lead procurement across a diverse portfolio that supports project delivery, our people, health and safety, and innovation. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to develop category strategies, strengthen supplier performance, manage risk, and deliver commercial value in areas critical to Beca's success. As part of our Better Buying at Beca transformation, you'll help build a modern procurement function with stronger governance, smarter systems, and greater supplier value. You'll also play a key role in embedding best-practice procurement and maximising the benefits of Oracle Fusion across the business.…
