As our technology and supplier grow, we're creating a Group Operational Resilience Lead role to strengthen how we prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you'll lead the development of Beca's Critical Business Services framework, partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify critical processes, map technology and supplier dependencies, assess risks, and establish practical recovery and resilience plans. You'll build a new enterprise capability, influence senior leaders, and shape Beca's Group-wide resilience—helping us continue delivering for our clients through disruption.…
