In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational people advice that supports the achievement of business objectives. You will work across a broad range of people initiatives, including workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, change management, leadership coaching, talent development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
