職務概要 研華為上市公司，所有的商業行為均需依循最高的法律標準，且研華為一全球性之公司，在27個國家均設有分公司，法務也要協助這些分公司處理其法律事務。 隨著AI和Edge computing的快速發展，公司遇到的法律問題，也會是全新型態的挑戰。 法務工作的內容是協助各單位解決其所面臨的問題，包含業務、採購、研發、品保、工廠、人事及財務等方面。 主要工作內容 法規遵循之業務 商業糾紛和勞資糾紛之處理 契約審核 協助處理智慧財產權之糾紛 法律之教育訓練 必要條件 大學法律系畢業 具備英文能力，能以英文與各地分公司聯絡 熟悉MS word, Excel及PowerPoint等文書工具操作 誠實正直、抗壓性高、細心負責，具備良好的溝通協調能力 加分條件 有律師資格佳
