About this role
依照客戶訂單需求及檢視材料庫存及料況，搭配產能需求，來適度制定生產計劃，並與PM/SCM部門共通合作規劃需求，針對規劃出的需求，確保生產計劃交期能符合市場(客戶)所需。除對外跨部門溝通合作外，也需在內部串接其他部門來追蹤準時生產計劃，並讓生產流程穩定且順利進行，達到準時交貨並滿足客戶所需的目標。 主要工作內容: - 規劃MPS 主生產計劃(包含板卡及系統的產品) - 開立工單並確認工單BOM之料件狀況，庫存分配，齊料時間，及安排投產規劃 - 訂單需求達交客戶(SCM) - 庫存管理與分析報告 - 專案規劃與提案及主管交辦事項 人才需具備： - 學歷：大學、碩士 - 經驗：1年以上(含) - 科系：工業管理學類/工程與管理類科系/工業工程與管理相關 - 語文能力： 英文-- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等 - 擅長工具： SAP、Excel、PowerPoint 加分項目: 具備積極主動態度/團隊合作/樂觀向上/持續改善的精神與態度
