About this role

The Parcel Analyst position will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for Ship-to-Home Parcel initiatives. The Analyst will support parcel performance reporting, carrier and store operations, forecasting, and peak period preparation. An enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. The Analyst will assist with the development of operational and financial reporting, and recurring parcel performance metrics. Additionally, the Analyst will work closely with internal teams and parcel carriers to gather data, research operational issues, and provide analysis that supports informed and effective business decisions.…
