About this role

Belle is looking for a part-time BCCHW Trainer to support in-person onboarding and field training initiatives for Belle Certified Community Health Workers (BCCHWs) as business needs arise. This role will facilitate in-person trainings, support field readiness, and reinforce operational and hospitality standards across markets. Outside of active training periods, this role will operate in the field completing member appointments. This role is remote with travel required based on training needs. Responsibilities: Lead in-person BCCHW onboarding, field training, and new hire orientation activities as needed.
