About this role
Beond is looking for a Chief Engineer to lead our line maintenance team on the A320 family fleet. You will be the senior technical lead on the hangar floor. You'll guide our engineers through complex defects, plan manpower and resources, and make sure all maintenance is done safely and in line with approved procedures. You will work closely with MCC, CAMO, Flight Operations, Planning and Procurement to keep our fleet safe, reliable and on time. The role is based at the aircraft's home base in Malé, with Dubai available as a secondary base. Duty travel will be needed from time to time.…
