About this role

Beond is seeking internal appliations for a Flight Crew Manager. This position can be based in either Malé (MLE) or Dubai (DWC). The Flight Crew Manager is appointed by, and reports to the NPFO, and is responsible for: Overseeing of operational delivery Day-to-day management of the flight crew. Lead and developing flight crew in order to ensure: 1. Required flight safety and regulatory compliance levels are achieved. 2. Optimum operational delivery of an effective, efficient and flexible flight crew work force. Defining and implementing strategy, process and policy to ensure consistent and cost-effective management of: 1.Flight crew selection and recruitment. 2.Flight crew roster patterns 3.Flight crew career progress. 4.Base transfer scheme.…
