About this role
Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Admissions Services, the Admissions Services Representative is part of a team responsible for representing the front line for Admissions communications via email and phone calls. The Admissions Services Representative will typically answer a high-volume number of calls and emails throughout the day. These calls and emails range from general inquiries about Berklee, to detailed questions about the application process, including how/where to submit application materials. Some outgoing calls to applicants will be required to support the college’s recruitment efforts.…
