About this role
What will you be in charge of?
We are looking for a detail-driven HR professional to be the operational backbone of our People team. You will ensure every one of our employees has a smooth, well-administered experience - from the day they sign their contract to the day they leave. If you take pride in getting the details right, know Slovak labour law inside out, and enjoy being the person everyone trusts to sort things out, this is your role.
Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and all HR documentation - accurately and on time.
Maintain employee records in HR systems and physical files, keeping data clean and current for payroll and compliance.
Administer attendance and prepare monthly payroll inputs: sick leave, OČR/PN, overtime, and other variables.…
