About this role

Berman Hyundai is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to the team! Job Title: Service Advisor Location: Lincolnwood, IL Pay: $115,000+ year - Commission pay plan Schedule Full-time (40 hours, 5 days/week) Sundays always off Second day off alternates weekly (Set Weekday off vs. Saturday off) Every other weekend completely off Job Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive Obtain customer and vehicle information Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
