As a Marine Superintendent at BSM, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and effective vessel operations. Acting as a key link between ship and shore, you will provide operational and navigational support, manage audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement to uphold international standards and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor updates and propose improvements in safety, security, and voyage efficiency; implement corrective actions from audits and incidents.
